Who you are buying from

These terms are given under Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on trading through modern technology and Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on consumer protection.
How an order is made
You choose your brushes and go to checkout.
You give us your delivery details, including a phone number — couriers require one.
You see the full price before paying: the goods and the delivery. If we are delivering inside the UAE there is nothing further to pay on arrival. If we are delivering outside it, customs duty and import charges in your country are separate, are set by your country and are paid by you on arrival.
You pay. This is an offer to buy, not yet a contract.
We email you an order confirmation and an invoice. The contract forms when we send that confirmation.
If we cannot fulfil your order we will tell you and refund you in full.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in your chosen currency and include all taxes and duties we are responsible for. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay us. For an order delivered inside the UAE there are none. For an order delivered outside it, customs duties, import taxes and local handling fees in your country are separate and are your responsibility — see the delivery information below.
We are not taking payments yet: a reservation is free and nothing is charged. When we do, it will be by card through Stripe, our payment provider, and we will never see or store your card details.
If a price is obviously wrong — an evident error rather than a change of mind on our part — we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery
Delivery times and costs are in our delivery information. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
We ship on a delivered-at-place basis. The price covers the goods and the delivery. Customs duty, import VAT and the courier's handling fee in your country are not included and are payable by you, usually to the courier before they release the parcel. We cannot tell you the amount in advance because your country sets it. Our delivery information explains this in full.
Your right to change your mind
You may return anything within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Eligible returns are exchanged or credited as Curls Club Credit, see our returns policy for how, and for the exceptions.
This is in addition to your rights if something is faulty, not as described, or incomplete.
If something is wrong
Tell us. Under Federal Law 15/2020 you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for goods that are defective, incomplete or damaged on arrival. We do not ask you to prove anything unreasonable.
Things we cannot exclude
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. Before going to court, please use our complaints process — it is faster and usually settles the matter.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
