Changed your mind?

We want you to love your Moon Curls brush. If you decide it isn’t quite right for you, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligible unused brushes returned in their original packaging can be exchanged for Curls Club Credit, valid for 12 months, which you can use towards any future purchase from Moon Curls.

Credit is issued in the currency you paid in, and can be used on a future order charged in that same currency. We do not convert it, because a conversion would hand you an exchange-rate change you never agreed to.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect.

How to make a return

Email info@moon-curls.com with your order number (i.e. MC-XXXXXX) and the reason for your return.

Once your return has been approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and reference number.

After we receive and inspect the item, your Curls Club Credit will be added to your account.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your brush arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll arrange the appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under the consumer laws that apply in your country. Where local law gives you a legal right to a refund, cancellation or other remedy, those rights will apply.
