Reserving a brush puts you on our list. It is not a purchase. Here is exactly what it means.
Reserving is not buying
A reservation is not a contract of sale. No money changes hands, we do not ask for card details, and you are not committed to buying. We are not committed to selling to you either — until you pay and we confirm, no contract exists.
Prices are indicative
Prices shown are what we currently expect to charge. They are an indication, not a fixed offer: manufacturing, materials and shipping costs move. If the price changes before we invite you to order we will tell you what it is before you pay anything, and you are free to walk away.
Stock is not guaranteed
Reserving does not set aside a physical brush. It tells us you want one, and we use those numbers to decide how many to make.
We ship our first run in reservation order. Reserve earlier and you are earlier in the queue. That is a genuine commitment about sequence — not a promise that everyone in the queue will receive one, because the first run is finite.
How a reservation becomes an order
- You reserve. Nothing is charged. You are given a member number.
- When stock is ready we email you, in reservation order, with the final price and a link to buy.
- You choose whether to buy. If you do, the sale happens then and our terms of sale apply from that point, including your 14-day right to change your mind.
- Your member number stays with you. Reserving early is what earns it.
You are under no obligation at step 3. Ignoring the email costs you nothing.
Changing or cancelling
Email us with your MC-XXXXX reference and we will change or remove your reservation. There is nothing to cancel in a legal sense, because nothing has been bought.
Where we ship
We take reservations from most countries. We cannot yet promise delivery everywhere — shipping depends on product-safety and customs requirements that vary by market, and on being able to take payment reliably. We will confirm what we can reach before inviting anyone to order, and if we cannot reach you we will say so plainly and remove you from the list.
Age
You must be 18 or over to reserve.
